Shop Campbell's products now on Lazada: http://bit.ly/CampbellsLazMall Sweet Potato Shepherd’s Pie Preparation time: 10 mins Cooking time: 50 minutes Serving size: 4 persons Ingredients 290g Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup, mixed with 50ml water Cooking oil 800g sweet potato, peeled and diced ½ onion, chopped 350g minced lamb or beef ½ cup green peas 2 bay leaves Salt and black pepper Method 1. Steam diced sweet potato until tender then mash. Pass through a fine sieve and set aside. 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion until fragrant. Add minced meat and cook until the meat starts to brown. Add green peas, Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Transfer into a 22 cm x 22 cm casserole dish and spread sweet potato mash on top of the filling. Create line patterns with a fork. 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 – 25 minutes until slightly browned on the top. Serve warm. Tip: Russet potatoes can be a good substitute for the sweet potatoes.
